Histology and Cytology are two of the most useful courses in the field of biology. These bring together a lot of information in the fascinating direction of development and differentiation. The core subject is the study of function, macroscopic and microscopic anatomy, cell and tissues, and molecular biology integration. The objective in studying histology and cytology is to identify human tissues quickly, and accurately, including the general and specific features of tissues and organs of man as the highest form of animal. This comprehensive approach on microanatomy and tissue analysis of the various organs of the 11 systems of the human body, aims to prepare students for the higher sciences of Anatomy & Physiology.

Cognitive psychology is the study of how we sense and interpret information from the world around us, incorporate this new information with our prior experiences, and determine how to respond to an ever changing environment. While the main purpose of this course is to introduce you to the scientific study of the mind, you will also begin to understand the central role cognition plays in our everyday lives.

course explores the emotional and behavioral characteristics of the Filipino as
an individual and as a group. It focuses on the Filipino psychology in the
workplace with emphasis on contemporary views and interrelated aspects of
Philippine culture such as personality, values, family life, dominant and
popular culture, socio-economic and political structures and issues as they
relate to the management of the school as an organization and as an
institution.
