coordinated school health program is an effective system designed to connect health with education. This coordinated approach to school health improves students’ health and their capacity to learn through the support of families, communities and schools.
This is a 3-unit introductory course that explores online and teaching experience for teachers and students. It covers the
instructional materials to be used, Educational Technology application practices, integration of technology using
different models, showcasing IT-Based projects, ICT in education and cooperative learning. Students will able to use
online applications that will serve as new modes of teaching materials/ tools in a classroom.
This course enables the pre-service English teachers to demonstrate research-based content knowledge in analyzing the growth and development of Philippine Literature in English from 1900 to the present along socio-historical events as shown in representative works. The course focuses on the appreciation of the students in our literature as one of the major channel in transferring of knowledge teaching-learning process. It is a key for enriching experiences of humans intellectually and personally. The study of literary forms or genres as exemplified by selected literary texts from various regions of the Philippines written at different periods in Philippine literary history.

The course engages students in a historical survey of selected literary works produced by understanding English and American literatures from its beginnings to the 21st Century.
The course covers the different contents of Personal, Community and Environmental Health. It deals with the understanding of health related issues and concerns about personal, community and environmental health. Practical activities concerning personal, community and environmental health are required in the course.
This course deals with the educational foundations of Music as it apply to teaching and learning. It explains the significance of Musical instruments as tools for recognizing the correct and definite pitch of a certain musical piece. Various teaching strategies and assessment appropriate for each area shall be given emphases in the course.
Covers the basic understanding of K12 PE and Health curriculum. It covers the analysis of K12 Physical Education and Health Education curriculum and explores the different curriculum models in PE and Health Assessment in the k12 PE and Health is also tackled in the course. Curriculum and assessment analysis in the K12 PE and Health is expected at the end of the course.
The course surveys selected literary texts from Asia and Africa, particularly India, China, Japan, the countries in the southeast region in Asia, and the African nations south of the. Sahara along socio-historical, philosophical, and literary underpinnings.

The course covers the fundamental knowledge and skills in playing Indigenous and Traditional Games and Sports. ( Laro ng Lahi, Arnis, Sipa). Skill learning and actual game activities are expected in the course
The course focuses in the development of assessment tools to improve the teaching-learning process. It emphasizes on the use for measuring knowledge, comprehension and other thinking skills. It allows the students to go through the standard steps in test construction for quality assessment.
