Ethics deals with principles of ethical behavior and wrong that an individual originally picks up from the community. The course discusses the context and the principles of ethical behavior in the modern society at the level of individual, society, and interaction with the in modern society at the level of the person, society and in interaction with the environment and other shared resources. Morality pertains to the standards of right environment and other shared resources. The course also teaches students to make decisions by using dominant moral frameworks and by applying a seven – step moral reasoning model to analyze and solve moral dilemmas. The course is organized according to the three main elements of the moral experience: (a.) agent, including context – cultural, communal, and environmental; (b). the act, and (c.) the reason.

This course includes a) the finalization of the defended research proposal (Chapters 1-3), b) data gathering, data analysis & interpretation/writing the summary, conclusion & recommendation, c) writing of Chapters 4-5), d) finalization of thesis manuscript, and e) final oral defense.
